We have several years of experience in implementing computerized solutions. Over time, we have implemented robust processes allowing us to achieve the objectives of our customers within the required time.

Flexible enough for a variety of deployment, our methodology allows us to identify and comprehensively integrating client's business needs.

This methodology contains several critical steps to successful implementation.

Planification

The project plan includes various activities to ensure project deliverables. The project manager and the director of the project office in collaboration with the managers of products will develop a project organization manual (MOP) .This manual provides project management procedures to be used for the duration of the project ..

Monitoring and control

This activity will present a status report update at each meeting of the Project Coordination Committee. It allows among others to review project progress and achievement of deliverables in accordance with the established planning.

Analysis of current processes

This step is a cornerstone of the project. It allows, among other things, to highlight areas of convergence and differences between ways of doing your present and future. For this, we meet the users, team leaders, managers of different programs and clients archivists. We need to check the tools currently available to users as part of their work and we have to take data, analyze, verify and propose ways of enabling customers to improve processes in connection with the arrival of a tool computerized. This process starts when the software presentations.

Harmonization of processes

During this step, it is essential for us to understand the specific functional needs and desired targeted by the project. We must therefore adequately validate and document the functional requirements described in the project. A summary document incorporating the results of the analysis of current processes and functional analyzes will be presented to the client's management. The harmonization process of the new plan will also be presented at this event.

Tryouts

To ensure that all new modules meet the expectations of the client regarding the installation, training and equipment associated therewith, data conversion and validation of software features, we perform testing in a test environment before beginning settlement activity in the real environment.

Support and startup

For each training, a training strategy is being developed in collaboration with the customer to tailor the training to your needs. In addition, a training plan is set up together with the customer to tailor the schedule and content of training courses as required. The trainings are given at your premises. Our experience in the transitional system has enabled us to structure our approach to implantation. Sustained support allows users to secure them against changes by understanding their ways of working, by introducing them to the new system and accompanying them in the first moments of the use in "production" mode.
